Returns Policy

Request window

Request a return from your MeroPasal account within seven days of delivery. Items must be unused, complete and returned with original packaging unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Review and refund

We review each request before arranging collection or providing return instructions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where supported; cash and bank-transfer orders may require verified bank details.

Exceptions

Personal-care, perishable, customised and final-sale items may be non-returnable unless defective or supplied incorrectly. The product page will identify any special restriction.
